It is, of course, a beautifully presented hard back book. It does come with some lovely images, including some of our famous BBQ pork spare ribs, and we tell you a little about the Moody Cow, but we decided not to give our secret recipe away (just yet)! 

Instead you have over seventy pages of high quality paper to record your own secret recipes, sketch on, or use as a notebook.
