If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know and we will do everything necessary to put things right if we have made a mistake.

If we ask you to return the goods please ensure that you use the original packaging and enclose the order slip that we enclosed with your purchase and proof of postage costs.
If we sent you the wrong item we will send a replacement the same day that we receive your return and we will refund your postage costs in full.
If you ordered the wrong item we will send a replacement the same day that we receive your return but we will expect you to pay for your and our postage costs.
If the item was damaged please notify us by email within 24 hours and if possible assist us with a supporting photograph, we will then issue a replacement the same day.
Returns must be made within two days.
We promise we will not share your data with any third party unless we are required to do so by law.
We only collect the data we need to reserve a table for you, process an order for you, make a booking for you or if you have subscribed to our mailing list.
If we need to retain your data it is securely stored, if we don't need to keep it then is is securely destroyed.
