The Moody Cow Chuck Wagon has been very well received, at the moment we open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening serving “street food” to go. We specialise in BBQ pulled pork shoulder, which is cooked low and slow and heaped into a warm brioche bun with a topping of homemade coleslaw, we call this a “messy bun”.
We also offer baked jacket potatoes with tasty fillings, loaded nachos with homemade chilli, guacamole, salsa and sour cream, some scrummy puddings and cold drinks.
There is no need to book, just keep an eye on our facebook page so you don’t have a wasted journey, we usually cook for about thirty and sometimes we run out.
By continuing to be of service to our guests and the local community we have been able to maintain the excellent relationship we have with local fruit and vegetable growers, wine merchants, farmers, and brewers, many who are also our customers and produce the best ingredients right here on our doorstep.
